📋 Description Own the technical setup of new enterprise accounts end to end: tenant and workspace configuration Configure SSO with the customer's IT team — SAML / OIDC against Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS Drive network and device readiness: whitelisting, VDI and shared-device constraints, mobile device Receive the validated integration design and signed SOW from presales, confirm implementation Translate the agreed SOW and technical design into precise, prioritised implementation Provide credible estimates, identify dependencies early and give the CSM evidence-based status and 🎯 Requirements Hands-on technical delivery experience in enterprise account setup and configuration. Technical ownership: ability to diagnose technical problems and route to appropriate owners. Experience configuring SSO (SAML/OIDC) against Okta, Microsoft Entra and NHS identity Experience with identity management, MFA, and conditional-access alignment. Experience with network and device readiness: whitelisting, VDI and shared-device constraints Experience delivering EHR integrations through to go-live and performing technical testing and UAT 🎁 Benefits Equity from day one.
