Technical Delivery Manager - .NET/React

About the role This position combines engineering leadership with product ownership responsibilities within a critical financial platform. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our internal financial system that supports investment decision-making and strategies. Acting as both a Development Manager and a Product Owner, you will lead a team of engineers while also driving the vision, priorities, and roadmap of a central financial application used by business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment Oversee the end-to-end development of a core financial system Take ownership of the product backlog and roadmap for a central financial platform, aligning priorities with business goals Work closely with stakeholders across different financial areas (investment, risk and other) to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Ensure high-quality delivery through strong engineering practices, code quality, and architectural standards Drive continuous improvement of the platform, balancing ongoing development with new feature delivery Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring clear communication and alignment Your background 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong hands-on background Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams Strong technical expertise in .NET Core and React Experience working on complex, business-critical systems with ongoing development and evolution Good understanding of financial or investment-related domains (e.g. funding, collateral, investment environments) Ability to combine technical leadership with product thinking and stakeholder management Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
