Join an ongoing One Identity Manager implementation and support program focused on a multi-entity IAM deployment.
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity Manager implementation, integration, and customization projects.
– Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.
– Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and multi-entity or multi-country environments.
– Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Experience with operational support models, service management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM environments.
– Lead the implementation, integration, and support of the One Identity Manager platform.
– Provide technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integrations as a Solution Architect.
– Govern operational processes, including runbooks, SLAs, and incident/change management.
– Drive continuous improvements through upgrades, performance optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
– Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams.
– Support knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members.
