Lead the engineering team to develop the Sales Intelligence platform Translate architecture and product requirements into feasible technical solutions Design and develop core components of the system: Data Services, AI Services, Agent Framework, APIs, Frontend & Backend Platform Coordinate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Engineering Team to make critical technical decisions Define coding standards, engineering practices, and product quality Participate in design and code reviews, and optimize system performance Support and develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team Your Skills and Experience 1. Job Requirements 7+ years of experience in software development 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role or as a Senior Engineer leading a team Experience with distributed system architecture, APIs, and Cloud Platforms Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, NodeJS, or equivalent) Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead a team 2.
