We are looking for a Product Owner who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business, product, and technology. In this role, you will help shape the product from its very first iterations to delivering real, measurable impact for our users Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Identify core business problems that can be solved effectively using data and AI. Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and understand real-world needs. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable product features. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining the development direction. Partner closely with BAs, Designers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and QA throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Define, track, and analyze key product performance metrics. Continuously gather and evaluate user feedback to optimize user experience and product value. Your Skills and Experience 1. Job Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role. Proven experience in building or operating digital products. Strong product mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively across various cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 2. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have) Understanding of Sales, CRM, or Customer Intelligence. Experience with Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI. Interest in GenAI, RAG, and AI Agents.
