📋 Description Own technical buildout and software architecture for product. Lead and mentor a 3-7 engineer team; ensure delivery. Collaborate with Product Manager and Design Lead on goals. Drive frontend performance and user experience. Select technologies aligned with client needs and standards. Contribute hands-on and perform code reviews; improve processes. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a leadership role 6+ years in engineering 3+ years in building web applications using Node.js and React Experience in architecting software (from scratch is a plus) Experience in setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex technical challenges Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI in your workflow Professional proficiency in English
