Own the technical buildout and architecture of the product while leading a team of engineers.
📋 Description Own the technical buildout of the product and its architecture. Lead engineering teams of 3-7 engineers; guide architecture and infra. Collaborate with PM and Design Lead to align goals and UI quality. Be a hands-on contributor; develop features with the team. Conduct regular code reviews to maintain quality. Oversee overall software architecture and delivery timelines. Foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in a leadership role 6+ years in engineering 3+ years building web apps with Node.js and React Experience architecting software; from-scratch is a plus Experience setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure Strong business acumen; startup exp is a plus Desire to learn new technologies and apply AI in your workflow Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Willingness to learn new technologies Proficiency in English
