Tech Lead – Application Infrastructure

📋 Description Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for backend systems. Lead hands-on development; own critical code paths and code quality. Own design decisions for domain; design data models and high-performance access. Partner with Product, Security, SRE, and DevOps to define APIs. Own backend reliability and performance; define SLOs and observability. Champion security and compliance, PCI DSS, PII, and secure-by-default patterns. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years backend software development; leads across distributed systems. Led platform-building end-to-end from design to production rollout. Proficient in C# and .NET. Strong AWS (or Azure) cloud, Docker and Kubernetes experience. SQL and NoSQL databases; schema design and scaling. Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted development.
