About the role

Job Description As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across the Nordic region. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them define recruitment needs, build effective sourcing strategies, conduct structured selection processes and ensure a professional candidate experience from first contact through on-boarding. The role is an individual contributor position and will play an important part in developing consistent Nordic recruitment practices, strengthening employer branding and supporting workforce planning together with HR and business leaders. Therefore the role includes some travelling across the Nordics. Key responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, recruitment plans, sourcing activities and timelines. Source candidates through direct search, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and external partners. Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate assessment and selection processes. Ensure a professional, consistent and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Maintain recruitment data and reporting in SmartRecruiters and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Support employer branding, talent pipeline activities and Nordic recruitment standards. This is a temporary position for appr. 12 months located in Linköping, Sweden. Qualifications We are looking for a structured, proactive and relationship-driven recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring managers at different organizational levels. You enjoy working across borders, balancing several recruitment processes at the same time and delivering high-quality service to both managers and candidates. Relevant studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field. Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a Nordic or international environment. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across different functions and seniority levels. Good understanding of Nordic labor markets and recruitment practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Fluent English and Swedish - additional Nordic languages are an advantage.
