Product Manager - Permanent Role

Job Responsibilities Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation initiatives; define OKRs and outcome-based roadmaps. Plan and run user research (interviews, usability tests) that validate or kill hypotheses before build. Define Product strategy, Story Mapping and writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning Track delivery KPIs (velocity, cycle time), manage dependencies and mitigate risks proactively Define go-to-market strategies, measurement frameworks, and analytics instrumentation Analyse post-launch data and drive iterative improvements, facilitate retrospectives Coach client Product Managers through daily pairing, identify gaps and tailor enablement. Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment; navigate complex organizational dynamics Requirements: Experience: 5+ years across the full product lifecycle, shipping end-to-end; track record of leading discovery and killing projects when evidence demands it. Methods: Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, outcome-based roadmaps. Mindset: Empathy, end-to-end ownership; intellectual humility to pivot; energised by enabling others as much as delivering yourself.
