Systems Engineer

Salary: $116000 - 162000 per year Requirements: I require you to have fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is mandatory. Responsibilities: In this role, I expect you to analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities. You will guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. You will need to provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. I need you to incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations and develop technical documentation. You will be responsible for developing system architecture and system design documentation, guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans. Interaction with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations, as well as communication with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives, will be essential in this role. Meade, MD area, you will play a key role in analyzing user requirements, concepts of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop specifications that maintain technical integrity in our Systems Engineering responsibilities. - I appreciate candidates with basic Intelligence Community compliance experience and the ability to work independently.
