System Test Engineer

Salary: $72,708.8 - 72,708.8 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. We are looking for 0-2 years of experience designing and implementing scalable software testing approaches. We need proficiency with automated testing tools, scripting languages such as Python, and platforms including JIRA, GIT, and the Linux command line. We value strong organizational ability, leadership capability, and clear communication skills. Experience with simulation-based test frameworks and triage workflows is a strong plus. Responsibilities: We create thorough test strategies and detailed test plans for autonomous driving behavior features. We identify, monitor, document, and help resolve issues tied to testing strategy, planning, or execution in collaboration with cross-functional software teams. We design, build, and run synthetic and log-driven test scenarios using our internal simulation environments. We participate in in-vehicle test missions to evaluate new capabilities under real-world conditions. We analyze test outcomes, investigate defects, and refine our testing processes to improve scalability and continuous quality.
