System Analyst

Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/system specifications. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects and QA teams throughout the SDLC. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions and stakeholder presentations. Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and post-implementation activities. Prepare process flows, use cases, documentation and training materials. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Financial Services. Strong experience in requirements gathering, system analysis and functional documentation. Good understanding of Credit Origination / Banking processes is highly desirable. Technical knowledge of Unix, SQL, databases and system integration. Exposure to job schedulers, PuTTY, batch/online integration and production support.
