Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: 5–7 years of experience installing and configuring systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments. 5–7 years of experience gathering and documenting requirements, researching options, analyzing requirements or issues, and recommending solutions. Experience with Windows Server 2016 or later and RHEL 7.0 or later. Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Visio. Knowledge of single sign-on technologies, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, architecture, firewalls, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. Strong analytical skills and extensive experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems, applications, and servers. 3–5 years of experience implementing and configuring applications in Azure, including Azure services, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Responsibilities: Install and configure systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments. Provide technical support and administration for COTS applications, and configure changes to designated SaaS products. Gather and document requirements for application updates and new initiatives. Research and present options, assess technical requirements and issues, and recommend solutions. Support ongoing application and infrastructure changes. Work with vendors, customers, and technical teams to deliver projects and implement changes. Support monitoring, networking, firewalls, architecture, applications, and server environments. Create architecture diagrams and contribute to architecture-related work. Remediate vulnerabilities and help secure applications and infrastructure in line with applicable federal, state, and industry standards. Configure and support applications in cloud infrastructure.
