Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description Collaborate with Product, Architecture, UX, and SRE colleagues to define requirements and design Lead feature development from discovery through to production, including technical design Make technical decisions that balance product needs, engineering quality, performance, security Work on products offered to customers as either SaaS or on-premise software. Help raise engineering standards by mentoring others through code reviews, technical feedback Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within an agile delivery team. 🎯 Requirements Extensive hands-on development experience delivering major features for products with complex user A product-minded approach to engineering, balancing technical constraints, scope, customer needs Experience using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate different parts of the software development Strong Java development experience, with a track record of applying object-oriented design Experience with Spring or similar Java frameworks.
