Staff Software Engineer, Ads Engineering (AI-Native)

Role Overview Join Lumen Dynamics as a Staff Software Engineer, Ads Engineering (AI-Native) to shape the technical direction of our Ads AdServer and Exchange platform. You will drive architectural decisions, elevate the engineering bar, and enable revenue growth by integrating demand and supply partners and strengthening Real-Time Bidding and auction capabilities. What You Will Do As a Staff Level Backend Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing robust ad servers and ad ecosystems that seamlessly integrate with third-party services. You will be responsible for designing scalable and efficient backend systems that support high-volume ad transactions and deliver real-time performance. Why It Might Be a Fit We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can drive technical direction, mentor senior engineers, and contribute to team processes and technical standards. You will work with AI as a first-class collaborator, orchestrating agents to scaffold services, generate IaC, draft schema definitions, and accelerate code review.
