Own end-to-end design for RiskOS, leading AI-assisted capabilities and mentoring designers.
📋 Description Own end-to-end RiskOS design from discovery to delivery. Lead AI-assisted capabilities: explanations, steps, guided pathways. Partner with product, engineering, and data/ML teams on intelligence in product. Raise design quality through regular critique of the team's output. Mentor junior and mid-level designers; foster craft and feedback culture. Contribute to and evolve the Solstice Analytics design system. 🎯 Requirements 7–10+ years of enterprise product design. Enterprise B2B portfolio in fintech or AI apps. Strong product thinking; can frame roadmap problems. Design systems fluency; experience with design systems. AI product experience with production-ready features. Ability to leverage AI in design workflows; strong judgment. Figma proficiency; experience with AI tools (Claude, Cursor) is a plus.
