📋 Description Own the design direction and UX/UI pattern system across Apps Meta, Retention, and Design Systems Set the quality standard for apps design and ensure cross‑team consistency Run planning and discovery for three teams and translate problems into clear design direction Partner with the Director of Product for Apps and PMs on roadmap prioritization through design rationale Lead native craft across iOS and Android, including resizability and platform chrome directions like Liquid Glass and Material 3 Expressive Lead the design approach for mobile AI features to land as a native part of the experience 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in product design with shipped, high‑impact mobile work at consumer scale Deep native expertise across iOS and Android; mastery of Apple HIG and Material Design; experience with resizability, foldables, and iPad Track record of raising design quality across a discipline through standards, critiques, or systems Experience driving design direction across multiple teams or product areas; ability to influence without authority Experience building or evolving mobile design systems and scalable patterns Strong with Figma and fluent with AI‑assisted design tooling (e.g., Claude Code or Cursor); comfortable using data and research to set direction 🎁 Benefits Work from almost anywhere for up to 20 days per year Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth Company-paid HeadSpace subscription Company-wide week off a year No meeting Fridays Paid parental leave
