📋 Description Ensure 24/7 operation of Keystone AI's identity cloud and network reliability. Lead Sev1 incidents with timely updates and post-incident docs. Review customer networks and design solutions with Keystone AI stack. Manage alerts, incidents, and service requests via FreshService. Create runbooks and SOPs; drive process improvements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field. 5+ years IT/Cloud operations with AWS and Azure. Strong Java app support and performance analysis. Kubernetes experience; cloud orchestration (AWS/Azure). VPNs, networks, and MySQL/ElasticSearch familiarity.
