Architect and develop a scalable frontend platform and lead a reusable component library for web UIs.
📋 Description Work with engineers and leaders across the company to ship products on strong foundations. Build high-quality end-to-end product experiences for platforms. Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes. Develop and lead the team to execute against short- and long-term roadmaps. Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, UX, and a sustainable tech base. Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects to scale and improve reliability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years frontend development experience with at least 3 years in React. Deep understanding of React patterns including compound, presentational, and HOC. Experience with caching or asynchronous state management for high-data apps. Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility. Experience with cross-team collaboration and mentoring engineers. 🎁 Benefits Track record leading frontend platform development in a high-growth environment. Experience creating offline applications or desktop apps using Electron/Tauri. Experience in high-volume data processing. Fluent in English.
