Staff Backend Software Engineer

📋 Description Work with engineers and tech leaders to ship products on strong foundations. Build high-quality end-to-end experiences for platforms. Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes. Develop and lead the team to execute short- and long-term roadmaps. Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, UX, and a stable foundation. Identify and lead large technical projects to scale early-stage products. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years backend development, focus on platform/infrastructure. Deep expertise in Go, Node.js, Python. Experience in distributed systems state management and microservices. Proficient in backend testing frameworks and system testing best practices. Experience collaborating across teams and communicating transparently.
