Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ensure that there is no SV1-CFM defect escape to the customer (HSA/HDD)
– Collaborate with the engineering team to define SV1-CFM parameters.
– Collaborate with the engineering team to define the best process control for SV1-CFM parameters.
– Maintaining SF Quality KPI through the use of VFC and Smart Quality
– Support internal/external customers on customer feedback on defect characterization/improvement.
– Assure any wafer/substrate deviation or qualification must be communicated properly to BE team to manage shipment and logistic control.
– Qualification data must be reviewed with the team before the release wafer shipment
– Assure that all documents related to SF processes are in compliance and exceed expectations
– Assure that appropriate tools (8D / FMEA / SPC / Lesson learn) are correctly used to maintain good quality of the product
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
– Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Science, Chemistry, Production, or equivalent
PREFERRED:
– Work in HDD business, especially the slider fabricate process, is an advantage
SKILLS:
– Good command of spoken and written English.
– Digital literacy
– Use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Digital/AI tools
