📋 Description Technical leadership across squad; architecture, performance, accessibility. Lead system design and architecture decisions (frameworks, state, components). Promote high-quality, maintainable code; conduct reviews and mentor. Collaborate with PMs, designers, stakeholders to deliver features. Contribute to engineering strategy and ship customer-facing improvements. Tackle complex tech challenges; optimize systems for scalability and performance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering; high-scale systems and customer-facing apps. Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript Backend: Java, Go AWS-based cloud architecture experience. Knowledge of modern software practices, design patterns, and architectures. Experience with AI-native tooling (Make.com, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.).
