📋 Description Set technical direction across front-end and back-end systems. Provide hands-on technical leadership across squads. Drive scalable, secure AI-powered customer experiences. Move fluidly across the stack and mentor engineers. Collaborate with Product and Design to shape architecture and UX. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering building high-scale systems. Full-stack: frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript) and backend (Java, Golang). AWS-based cloud architecture experience. Mentor senior engineers and drive team development. Experience with AI-native tools (Make.com, Claude Code, n8n, etc.).
