📋 Description Set tech direction across front-end and back-end systems (architecture, perf, reliability). Lead across squads; partner with Product and Design; ship AI-powered experiences. Move across stack from UI to services; mentor engineers; raise the bar. Full-stack ownership: design, build, and ship with accountability. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of software engineering; proven high-scale systems. Full-stack: Frontend JavaScript/TypeScript; Backend Java, JavaScript, Golang. AWS-based cloud architecture experience. Mentored senior engineers and led growth. Experience designing high-traffic web apps and scalable services. Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. AI-native tools: Make.com, Claude Code, n8n, ChatGPT, Grok, Vercel. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Hands-on owner; will code and review others' code.
