Lead evolution of the Feature Rollout Service and Horizon 1 Experiment Platform. Partner with platform and product teams to ship Typeshare 2.0. Remote opportunity within Canada and the US. Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of professional SaaS software development. Platform-level services: feature flags, schema management, tooling, or experimentation. Design scalable backend services and cross-product APIs. Lead cross-team initiatives across frontend, backend, platform, product. Proficiency in Go.
