Sr Technical Project Manager

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: Proven project management experience. Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards. Preferred: Project management experience in the financial industry. Responsibilities: Lead data application implementations from start to finish, delivering within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Analyze client processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases with clients. Convert business needs into technical specifications and work with development teams to ensure alignment. Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies, considering costs, resources, and technical constraints. Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards. Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact throughout projects. Identify ways to improve client satisfaction through innovative solutions and high-quality service. Gather client feedback, support continuous improvement, and liaise between clients and internal teams.
