Sr. Product Manager

📋 Description Drive strategy and execution for Data & Analytics within Salesloft. Lead data product integration and embedded reporting for BI/predictive features. Champion analytics capabilities and enterprise data models; manage data pipelines. Partner with engineering, design, and data science to scope and deliver data products. Own and prioritize backlog; balance short-term needs with long-term goals. Conduct customer discovery; translate insights into requirements and user stories. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years product mgmt, esp. data products, analytics, or B2B SaaS. Proven track record owning a data product roadmap end-to-end and shipping features. Deep data fluency: data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns. Experience with engineering and design in an agile environment. Comfort with data; deep experience defining metrics and using them to prioritize.
