As Sr. Product Manager at Northwind Robotics , you'll shape the future of AI-powered health and nutrition experiences for millions of users. You'll own the strategy for how we leverage AI and machine learning to personalize guidance, automate insights, and build features that feel genuinely intelligent — helping users reach their goals in ways that feel effortless and human. What you’ll be doing: Define and drive the AI product strategy for our nutrition and coaching experiences, identifying where LLMs, recommendation systems, and other AI capabilities can create the most meaningful user value Partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to ship AI-powered conversational coaching — at scale Own the experimentation roadmap for AI features: design evaluations, define success metrics, and rigorously test models and UX to ship responsibly Build 0 to 1 AI products with a cross-platform team, navigating the unique challenges of ML-driven experiences (latency, accuracy, hallucination, user trust) Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and user-facing value propositions that resonate with a broad consumer audience Serve as a thought leader for AI product strategy across MFP — helping define guardrails, best practices, and a shared vision for how we use AI responsibly and effectively Lead a cross-functional squad to define a product strategy and roadmap that solves customer problems and achieves business objectives Champion the product operating model by using a variety of qualitative and quantitative tools to discover solutions that are valuable for customers and the business Be accountable for the performance of your squad's product experiences and prioritize effectively to meet or exceed goals Interact with customers and partners to collect feedback and build relationships Qualifications to be successful in this role: 5+ years product management experience with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with an engineering team Demonstrated experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a consumer product — including work with LLMs, recommendation systems, personalization engines, or computer vision Familiarity with the AI/ML development lifecycle: model evaluation, A/B testing for AI features, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices Product management experience for a mobile digital consumer product at large scale Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Ability to take an ambiguous problem, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goals Good user instincts — experience working with design, user research, running experiments, and iterating on ideas to benefit end users. Experience with direct-to-consumer products is a plus Excellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and define and share strategy Experience working in an agile/scrum environment Passion for helping millions of people achieve their health and fitness goals Deep understanding of consumer mobile apps with large-scale audiences Values you’ll model Be Kind and Care — build with empathy; assume positive intent; support teammates and members. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
