Oversee monitoring of SaaS applications and infrastructure, managing incidents and service requests.
📋 Description Oversee monitoring of SaaS app and infra (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure) for alerts. Manage the full lifecycle of alerts, incidents, and service requests via FreshService. Develop, implement, and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles. Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce incidents. Collaborate with engineering, development, and SRE teams to resolve issues. Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for operational performance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) desirable (Architect/Administrator). 10–12 years in IT infra, cloud engineering, or DevOps. 5+ years hands-on managing enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Leading cloud migration, modernization, and infra transformation.
