Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream Lead

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: At least 1–2 full life-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Source to Pay applications, or equivalent experience with other Source to Pay applications 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud Source to Pay ERP solutions Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal products and processes Strong product and process knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company Experience implementing SaaS applications and leading consulting and client teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills Preferred: Knowledge of PeopleSoft table schemas and experience with multiple applications Responsibilities: Lead implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion Source to Pay solutions across Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management Apply hands-on product and process expertise, lead business process workshops, advise clients, and facilitate solution design sessions Configure software according to approved solutions Manage workstream activities, deliverables, risks, and issues; provide updates to project and program managers, lead stand-up meetings, and escalate concerns Coordinate with Change Management on training and stakeholder meetings Plan workstream activities and configuration with Security, Integrations, Reporting, and Data Migration leads Partner with the Test Lead on test planning and logistics, oversee end-to-end testing scenarios, and lead deployment Support clients through testing, production cutover, and post-go-live phases Assist clients with data migration and support technical teams building, configuring, and testing integrations, migrations, extensions, and reports involving Oracle, third-party, or custom solutions Mentor and review the work of less-experienced team members Technologies: Cloud ERP Support LESS Oracle Security DevOps More: At HTC Global Services, we invite you to join our team, collaborate with experts and clients, and contribute to high-performing teams.
