Software Tester Specialist

Role Summary: We would like to invite you to join the adventure of expanding TME PL branch in the Toyota Digital HUB in Wroclaw. We are seeking a highly skilled Software tester to design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios across the connected services ecosystem. You will contribute to continuous improvement through test automation, CI/CD integration, and adoption of best practices in quality assurance Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for mobile application (frontend and backend component) Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and develop appropriate test cases. Execute tests, track results, and report on defects and issues found. Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to test strategy development. Work with other manual testers and developers to ensure optimal test coverage. Qualifications & Skills: What we require: For Tester position up to 6 years of experience in test and test automation. Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Postman, Karate, or similar automation tools for automation Understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development and test-driven development approach. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation. Experience with version control systems like GitLab or GitHub. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Additional requirements (considered an advantage): Familiarity with performance testing tools. Experience in testing microservices based application. Understanding of Agile methodologies and how testing fits into the process.
