Software Programmer

Salary: $87000 - 107000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 0–3 years of hands-on software programming experience with demonstrated fluency in programming languages. We need strong experience with the .NET stack, including versions 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5, along with C# and SQL Server 2012. We expect proficiency in MS-SQL, T-SQL, XML, JavaScript, ADO, web services, and object-oriented programming concepts. We require experience reading, interpreting, and implementing EDI. We need the ability to analyze and evaluate data effectively. We are looking for someone who can communicate well with users at all experience levels and collaborate creatively to achieve results. We value a self-starter who can adapt to flexible hours when needed. Knowledge of common business practices, supply chain, accounting, and inventory management is a plus. Familiarity with programming fundamentals such as layout, usability, code structure, graphic design, software, and related technologies is preferred. We require a bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science with an emphasis on software development. We want strong data mapping and data pattern analysis skills. We expect solid knowledge of software development tools and programming languages. We need the ability to learn quickly, follow technical plans, and interpret specifications accurately. We are looking for a creative problem solver with good project management skills. Experience with MAS500 is an advantage. We need someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively in a team environment. We expect an understanding of confidentiality and data protection. We value a self-motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: We develop, maintain, and support our software applications. We review, analyze, and modify software programs and systems. We encode, test, debug, and document programs using established guidelines, programming knowledge, and sound judgment. We manage multiple projects and troubleshoot application issues. We provide accurate status updates on programming solutions. We carry out additional duties as assigned or requested. We perform the role in line with the physical requirements of the position, including frequent use of hands and arms, walking, standing, occasional sitting, and lifting, pulling, or moving up to 25 pounds when needed.
