As a Software Engineer Principal (UX Design SME) within Meridian Softworks's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA Key Responsibilities User-Centered Design & Strategy • Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery through delivery • Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing) • Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Define experience principles and design standards aligned to enterprise objectives Meridian Softworks is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required. Leads complex problem solving. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
