As a Software Engineer Principal (UX Design SME) within Meridian Softworks's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA Key Responsibilities User-Centered Design & Strategy • Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery through delivery • Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing) • Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes • Define experience principles and design standards aligned to enterprise objectives Meridian Softworks is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required. Leads complex problem solving. Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
