As a Software Engineer working on the Lumen Dynamics platform, your mission will be to ensure that Lumen Dynamics is always fast, scalable, and up to whatever tasks our customers configure it to do. This position requires the mental agility to jump from the deep code-level view of Lumen Dynamics, to the designer’s view, to the end user’s view, and back again. Learn how to master the advanced technologies we use to write software that runs software, and enhance our declarative programming language Required Qualifications Education Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Technical Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience. Core Coding Ability: 1. Should possess a strong foundation in programming and software design principles, with excellent coding skills in any of the major programming languages (Java, python, javascript or similar languages) and solid understanding of object oriented principles. 2. Solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Tools and Resources Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training.
