Salary: $109000 - 218000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require excellent writing ability and solid grammar skills. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We require candidates to be located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations. We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide detailed feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models.
