Salary: $105000 - 210000 per year Requirements: We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level. We require strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift. We value excellent writing ability and solid grammar. We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress. We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer. We are only able to consider candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: We design and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI systems. We write clear code examples along with thorough explanations. We assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability. We provide feedback that helps improve the next generation of AI models. We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving complex problems, and analyzing data through visualization.
