Job Description
Responsibilities:

– Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.

– Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.

– This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.

– Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Requirements
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

– Development experience with ServiceNow portals and Customer Service Management (CSM)

– ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ? Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)

Preferred:

– Provide operational support, deployment coordination, change management, and documentation as required for development or administration-related work for Service Now

Skill Set Requirements:

ServiceNow Development:

– 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.

– Experience developing custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation solutions, and platform enhancements.

– Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/DevOps methodologies, testing, deployment, and code management practices.

– Ability to design, develop, support, and continuously improve scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

ServiceNow Architecture, Strategy & Roadmap:

– 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles.

– Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow roadmaps, architecture standards, and platform modernization strategies aligned to business objectives.
