Software AQ Engineer

Salary: $103000 - 171000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. We require a bachelors degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a closely related discipline; equivalent experience may replace the degree with four additional years of relevant work. We need at least 5 years of experience in intelligence data collection, planning, and exploitation. We need at least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and evaluation. Preferred qualifications include a current TS/SCI clearance. Preferred qualifications include 8 years of experience as a trainer and/or subject matter expert. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense missions and functions. Preferred qualifications include experience with field exercise planning and execution. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with wireless communications protocols. Preferred qualifications include programming experience in Python. Preferred qualifications include an understanding of Agile practices, especially iterative releases shaped by user feedback. Responsibilities: We support the testing and assessment of new features and capabilities. We create and run test plans for software functionality. We provide actionable feedback to our development team on usability, workflows, and system capability. We deliver online support to customers and end users. We regularly work with government customers to discuss requirements, development progress, defect resolution, training, and technical assistance.
