DevSecOps Engineer

Salary: $132000 - 193000 per year Requirements: We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance, with willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph. We require Security+ certification, or the ability to earn it. We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline plus 5 years of relevant experience, or a masters degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience. We require hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD automation pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. We require willingness and ability to work onsite in Herndon, VA, including time spent inside a SCIF. Responsibilities: We assist in designing and rolling out DevSecOps processes and engineering methods across our geospatial software stack. We build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD automation pipelines to speed up secure software delivery. We troubleshoot and resolve complex problems across infrastructure, networking, automation pipelines, and applications. We manage and optimize mapping enclaves and platform deployments that support multiple mission customers. We help define the technical roadmap for future platform capabilities and integrations. We promote and reinforce Agile engineering practices so we can deliver new capabilities quickly.
