Smile CDR Integration Developer

Salary: $85,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements: We require at least 5 years of software development experience. Were looking for strong experience with Python/PySpark, Java, JavaScript, Apache Camel, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and SQL. We require experience with healthcare interoperability standards and developing and consuming APIs. Were looking for a strong understanding of distributed integration architectures and experience with ETL and data engineering practices. We prefer experience with Smile CDR, HL7 FHIR R4, CMS Interoperability, Prior Authorization, Payer-to-Payer, or Provider Access. We also value experience with Databricks, the Hadoop ecosystem, GitLab CI/CD, and the healthcare payer domain. Responsibilities: We design and develop Smile CDR integrations and FHIR-based solutions. We develop Apache Camel routes, integration services, and API integrations with internal and external systems. We build and support ETL and data ingestion pipelines using PySpark and Python. We create scalable healthcare interoperability solutions using HL7 FHIR standards. We consume and publish REST APIs across enterprise platforms. We develop and maintain JavaScript-based Smile CDR modules and automation components. We collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. We support testing, deployment, monitoring, and production operations. We participate in architecture and code reviews, as well as technical design sessions. We prepare technical documentation, data mappings, and integration specifications.
