SL2614 - Scrum Master

Responsibilities Agile Delivery Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and application of Agile principles, values, and practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives. Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks that may impact team productivity and delivery. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement. Timeline Management and Coordination Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery. Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules. Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure timely and effective execution. Monitor delivery progress and proactively address potential delays or obstacles to keep initiatives on track. Requirements 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives. Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams. Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Experience working with external vendors and managing cross-team dependencies. Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and end-to-end delivery. Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, timelines, and competing priorities to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
