Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements: 10+ years of overall professional experience. 7+ years providing L3 support for SharePoint, with expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013, including lists, libraries, custom workflows, and hybrid architectures. 5+ years supporting and troubleshooting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including complex business workflows and automation failures. 5+ years troubleshooting and enhancing front-end solutions with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX. 7+ years integrating SharePoint with enterprise systems using APIs and OpenXML, and supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release management. 7+ years working across the application lifecycle, including production incident ownership, root cause analysis, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform support. Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships and troubleshoot issues efficiently. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback during code reviews, provide regular updates, and carry out responsibilities proactively and diligently. Preferred: Experience with Git/GitHub, CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal, APIs, UI/UX principles, and cloud deployment on AWS or Azure. Responsibilities: Provide advanced L3 support for SharePoint solutions, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows, owning complex production issues through resolution. Maintain the stability and performance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows, including integrations with Microsoft 365 services. Perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and improve the scalability, security, and reliability of business applications. Provide technical expertise for complex SharePoint/SPFx issues and business-critical keep-the-lights-on support; resolve incidents promptly and accurately. Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams, and provide timely updates through issue resolution. Make requested ad hoc script updates and maintain high-quality configurations, workflows, and documentation. Support release cycles through effective testing and deployment readiness. Apply data visualization best practices to improve dashboard usability, accuracy, and performance. Collaborate with application, data engineering, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure timely communication and closure. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Create and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation for recurring BI issues. Contribute constructive feedback in code reviews and remain open to feedback on your own code.
