ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - ITOM

📋 Description Gather system requirements from end-users, IT teams, and stakeholders. Customize ServiceNow apps and roll out ITOM modules (CMDB/Discovery). Configure REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and other apps. Leverage Flow Designer, Business Rules, Scripting, Integrations, and logic. Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments. Remediate production incidents related to this scope. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years' experience with ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB/Discovery/Mid Services). Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using mid servers and cloud-to-cloud. Experience with ITOM bi-directional, automated integrations. Data extraction tech (JDBC/ODBC) or ETL integrations. Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, REST APIs.
