ServiceNow Platform Support Developer

Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and modules. Configure and maintain Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform incidents, issues, and defects. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. Support ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance activities. Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs. Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials. Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development and coding best practices. Support production deployments, releases, and change implementation activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, platform administrators, architects, and support teams to deliver platform enhancements. Experience 5-8+ Years (including 5+ years of ServiceNow experience) Required Skills Strong ServiceNow platform development experience. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes. Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. Experience with Service Catalog and Request Management. Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations. Experience with Update Sets and Source Control. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. Preferred Skills / Modules ITSM ITOM ITAM Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred.
