About the role As a ServiceNow Developer – AI & Intelligent Workflow Automation, you will design, configure, and develop advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform with focus on AI-driven automation, digital workflows, and enterprise service management initiatives. • 7+ years ServiceNow development experience • Strong background in AI-powered workflow automation • Hands-on experience with Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and IntegrationHub • Experience in enterprise integrations and CMDB/CSDM implementations • Experience across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or Custom Applications • At least 2 ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS, AI/GenAI certifications).
