About the role
About the role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery and Global Business Services (HRSD/GBS) Technical Consultant who will design, configure, implement, integrate, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions that improve employee services and shared-service operations. What do you need to bring in: • 8+ years in HR technology, shared services, or enterprise applications • 5+ years ServiceNow experience • 3+ years implementing ServiceNow HRSD • Delivered at least 2 end-to-end HRSD implementations • Strong experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and HR workflows • ServiceNow HRSD certification (CIS HRSD) required • At least 3 ServiceNow CIS certifications preferred • Consulting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership experience.
