ServiceNow Consultant

Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements: 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including system configuration and scripting. Active Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications. Demonstrated ability to configure and deliver Service Catalog items, including complex workflows. Proficiency with ITSM and HRSD modules. Strong understanding of ACLs and form- and field-level security. Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Discovery. Familiarity with REST and SOAP integrations and MID servers. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preference for candidates based in the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia area. Experience working in agile development environments is preferred. Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as SPM, ITOM, PSDS, HAM, or SAM is preferred. Experience connecting separate ServiceNow instances (eBonding) is preferred. Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on Service Catalogs and Request Workflows in ITSM and HRSD. Create and maintain clear, efficient scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and turn them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Keep current with ServiceNow upgrades, new features, and best practices. Provide technical support and training to platform users as needed. Implement and troubleshoot ACLs to enable secure, role-based access. Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset and service mapping.
