Senior Vice President, Securities Finance Product Manager

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: A bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; an advanced or graduate degree is preferred. Extensive experience in product management, securities finance, capital markets, or a related financial services area. Strong knowledge of securities lending, collateral, financing workflows, market infrastructure, and client servicing models. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, highly controlled environments. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance growth, risk, client needs, and operational considerations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, priorities, and multi-year roadmap for assigned Securities Finance products and capabilities. Own business requirements, feature definition, and business cases, aligning them with client needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and enterprise objectives. Partner with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product enhancements, platform modernization, operating model improvements, and scalable capabilities. Work with sales, relationship management, and service teams on commercialization, go-to-market readiness, client communications, and product adoption. Monitor product performance, risk, and controls using KPIs, client feedback, revenue trends, operational metrics, and governance forums. Represent the product organization in senior forums, mentor junior product managers, manage executive updates, and champion innovation across Securities Finance workflows.
