Use deep technical skills to solve issues and provide workarounds. Migrate customers to the latest Nimbus Data Systems code for smooth upgrades. Capture and create new support content for the team. Work in a 24/7 environment. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years experience in TAC or technical support. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Kubernetes, Networking, and Systems certs (RHCE, Linux+, Network+, or CCNA). Excellent communication for international customers. Hands-on Linux and Windows Server administration.
